An Individual Voluntary Arrangement (“IVA”) is subject to qualifying criteria and creditor approval. Initial advice is free and there is no obligation to proceed. Fees will be chargeable on approval of the arrangement, but these will be taken from your monthly contributions. Fees will be detailed in your IVA proposal, as will the pros and cons of an IVA.
